Discomaterijalizam Ltd is the operator of discom.bigcartel.com (in the following „Website“) and the responsible institute for the purpose of application of provisions of The Law On Personal Data Protection of Republic Of Serbia (Zakon O Zaštiti Podataka O Ličnosti (Sl. glasnik RS br. 97/08 , 104/09 - dr. zakon, 68/12 - US, 107/12 ) in accordance to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When, in this document, “we” or “our” is stated, Discomunizam Ltd Belgrade is meant as the responsible institute.

On our website components of the payment service PayPal are integrated. In addition to the function as an online payment service provider, PayPal assumes the role of a trustee and accepts buyer protection services. If you decide to pay for your order through PayPal, your contact information will be sent to PayPal as part of the order placed. In general, the following personal data will be transmitted to PayPal: first name, last name, address, telephone number, IP address, e-mail address, or other data required for order processing, as well as data related to the order such as number of articles, article number, invoice amount and percent taxes, billing information, etc. The transmission of data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. GDPR. This submission is necessary to process your order using the payment method you have selected, in particular to confirm your identity, to administer your payment and the customer relationship. In addition, personal data from PayPal may also be provided to other service providers, such as to subcontractors or other affiliates, to the extent necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations of your order, or to process the personal data in the order. The personal data collected by us will be transmitted to the carrier in charge of delivering your order. However, this is only to the extent that is necessary for the delivery of your order. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b .GDPR. In particular, we work together with the following transport companies: Post Express; DHL Express.


The storage of your data takes place only as long as this is necessary for the execution of the contracts with you or the contract execution. In addition, we are required by law to keep certain data for a certain period of time (for example, tax and commercial retention periods). After these deadlines, the data will be routinely deleted.


Your data will be carefully protected against loss, destruction, falsification, tampering and unauthorized access or disclosure. We protect your personal information through technical and organizational security measures to minimize risks associated with their loss, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, and modification. For this purpose, we and our partners (see the section “Who we share your information with”) use firewalls, passwords and data encryption, physical access restrictions for our data centers, and data access authorization controls.
